HEALING HEARTS - FRESH HAWTHORNE BERRIES
Experience has shown the berries from the Hawthorne plant
to be most effective. Also known as a Huckleberry. During
times of the year when the berries are not available, the
leaves and flowers in dried form can be used for great healing
properties. Berries should be harvested at peak of ripeness,
by picking them off of the tree, not later when they have dried
out and can be shaken off, as in usual commercial operations.
Hawthorne contains phytocchemicals that have been proven in
medical research worldwide to protect and heal the heart.
Hawthorne enables the heart muscle to survive on less blood
and oxygen without damage. The same with cayenne. These two
herbs combined are the pair of choice for anyone with high
cholesterol, high blood pressure, angina pectoris, plague build
up or hardening of the arteries. Cayenne also takes hawthorne
through the blood to where it is needed.
EMERGENCY DOSAGE:
Make ten cups of very strong hawthorne tea a day along with
several teaspoons of strong cayenne powder. Or use your own
fresh habanero peppers mixed in with the fresh hawthorne
berries. What a healthy bonanza for one's heart and overall body!
DOSAGE FOR HEART TONIC TINCTURE:
Two dropperfulls 4 times daily if there is existing heart difficulties.
Note: For nervous or racing heart, Lobelia can be used along
